How do you feel about Russell Crowe playing Roland Deschain? I read that on Wikipedia and personally think its a horrible choice. I had read a while back that Javier Bardem was being considered, which I was more open to but I honestly think it shouldn't be some high-profile actor. Thoughts?
I completely agree. I want some young, gritty, Clint Eastwood look-alike. Javier Bardem would’ve been way better.
