super-hero in training...
Can you please host your own travel show? Like, I'd pay good money to see that. I think sometimes, especially when people travel to foreign countries, there is an almost a weirdly condescending objectification of that other culture that a lot of travel hosts have, but your accounts and pictures of your experiences seem very genuine and earnest, and I kind of love it.

I was riding back from Kuang Si waterfalls yesterday on a mountain bike. Flying downhill through twisting mountains while high-fiving children along the way, I started thinking about this idea. Coincidently I’m reading your message now. I think you’re right. A travel show with minimal equipment where I do tons of activities on a backpackers budget. All the proceeds will go to local schools and children. Would you guys watch that?

Hehe that hung ga post. You talk to them in english? Have you learned any Vietnamese?

A bit. It’s seems ignorant not to try. I was surprised by how many other travelers don’t even attempt.

what's the biggest misconception of male models?

Well, I can only speak from my experience but I have about 900 friend requests from random guys. A woman is thrown into the mix about every one hundred. I love my gay friends but not in the way I LOVE women. Oh, and people think we get a lot of free clothes.

Night food market. Vegetarians, there are plenty of options for you but I had myself some of that.

Tuhey. All the children here are adorable but she was so sweet. She didn’t want to get down and my shoulders were getting pretty sore.

Wandering around the market yesterday, I saw groups of men smoking tobacco out of these. I made friends and they offered me some. “Hung Ga” I think it was called. Knocked me on my ass and gave them a laugh.

Giant Buddha on the coast of Da Nang. When I say giant, I mean giant. I spotted it from 40-50 km away.
